These are all the procedures available in this current module to help you feel confident about behaving in an Adult-like manner in a similar situation to the one we are addressing. If you want to try it again from the point of listing out all the procedures available, select the first option.

If you think something may have been missed in the recent "deep probe" questions about you and this other person who behaved similarly, then let's run through them again and see what comes up. Click on Option 2.
