Notes:

The idea here is to find a time when one or more of the persons concerned was acting out of a non-optimum ego state. For now, we will assume that a troubling incident (a fierce argument over nothing, for example) comes out of such non-optimum ego states.

The "snapshot" can last longer than one brief moment. But the idea is to look at a short period when person A was only being governed by one ego state and person B was only operating out of one (same or different) ego state. It gets too complicated when the time span is longer and different ego states come into play.

Take the first moment that comes to mind here. It will usually be the best one to address. Noting the details comes in the next screen or so, so when you have an incident in mind click the link.
