Notes:

Very good. Write down the time and your realization. Say it out loud too if you wish. The session is usually continued until no more change is available with the items being run, and you feel good.

Sometimes one is just too "blown out" to continue (it's good). If that happens, end off, i.e., close this window, click the "Don't want to continue link", and click the ending-off link there ("I think I've got as much out of this as I can, and I feel good") to end the session properly.
